Gender Equality Workshop by SCCH
At Twin4Twin, our commitment to gender equality goes far beyond meeting checkboxes or hitting KPIs—it’s about fostering a genuinely inclusive, respectful, and safe working environment for everyone engaged in EU research initiatives.
On June 5th, we held a powerful Gender Equality Workshop, hosted by SCCH and expertly led by Sabine Stockinger. This interactive session provided valuable insights into our Diversity and Gender Equality Plan, aligned with the broader principles and frameworks set out by Horizon Europe. The workshop focused on practical strategies for embedding inclusion and equity across all stages of research and innovation.
This initiative is part of Task 6.4: Management of Gender Equality and Responsible Research, reflecting our broader commitment to embedding fairness and responsibility in all aspects of the Twin4Twin project.
We were encouraged to see the active participation of consortium members, highlighting a shared understanding that gender equality is not a peripheral issue—it is central to building stronger, more innovative, and more ethical research ecosystems. Ensuring the visibility and participation of women across all roles and sectors is a vital part of this mission.
We thank all who contributed to this important conversation and look forward to continuing our collective efforts toward meaningful and lasting change.
