The interviews are a key component of the Twin4Twin project's Gender Equality Plan (GEP), focusing on gathering insights from women in STEM who hold leadership roles. The aim is to promote gender equality through role-modelling and raising awareness about gender inequality in the field.

The project analyzed the experiences of these successful women regarding self-doubt, mentoring, and gender as a factor in their careers, with a final goal of setting actions to overcome the gender gap.
