Gender Equality Workshop by SSF

As part of the Twin4Twin project, SSF proudly hosted the second Gender Equality Workshop, led by Joanna-Yulia Wierig. The session provided a valuable space for reflection, dialogue, and shared learning around gender equality in today’s professional and academic environments.

Together, participants explored key topics, including:

  • The impact of traditional gender roles on individuals and society

  • The vital role of women in STEM fields

  • Identifying existing barriers and defining concrete areas for improvement

The workshop fostered open and honest discussions, highlighting the importance of awareness, collaboration, and commitment in driving meaningful change.
